Kuelap – The Last Fortress of the Chachapoyas

It took us three days to travel down from Vilcabamba in Ecuador to the mountain town of Chachapoyas in Northern Peru famed for Kuelap, the mountain top fortress of the Chachapoya civilisation.

Chimborazo – Biking down a volcano

Most people stay in Riobamba to take the train to the Nariz Del Diablo ( Devils Nose). As it wasn’t running as the track was being repaired, we decide to take bike ride down Ecuador’s highest volcano.

Inca Trails Above Cusco
